The Carriage House

The Haven Heights Carriage House is a spacious, private retreat offering 1,700 sq. ft. of heated and cooled living space—perfect for a romantic getaway, a solo retreat, a small family, or as additional space when renting the main house for larger groups. Enjoy vaulted ceilings, beautiful bay views, peek-a-boo glimpses of the Gulf, and your own private indoor and outdoor spaces, all just steps from the beach.

 

The HH Carriage House offers the same thoughtful details and luxurious touches as the Main House, in a more intimate setting.

Bedrooms & Bath

Sleeps 6 | 2 Bedrooms | 1 Bath | 1,700 Sq. Ft.

The Carriage House offers two dedicated sleeping spaces for four guests, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to two additional guests. 

• Primary Queen Bedroom – Wake up to serene bay views with direct access to the private deck plus peak-a-boo glimpses of the Gulf.

• Bunk Room – A charming space with two twin xl beds, perfect for kids or additional guests. 

• Sleeper Sofa- Located in the living room and provides sleeping space for up to two additional guests.

The primary bedroom and bunk room share a full bathroom, and are both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, offering comfort and convenience..

Living Room

A bright and comfortable space with a sleeper sofa, lounge chair, and smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring Cape San Blas. Step directly from the living room on the private deck, where you an take in the beautiful bay views and peak-a-boo glimpses of the Gulf.

Kitchen

The fully stocked kitchen features high-end Kitchen Aid appliances, including a refrigerator, gas range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, along with a convenient pot filler. The large island seats four for casual dining, morning coffee, or gathering while meals are prepared.​

Laundry Closet

A full size stacked washer and dryer are tucked away for added convenience during your stay.

Private Deck

Accessible directly from both the primary bedroom and living room, the private deck offers beautiful bay views and peek-a-boo glimpses of the Gulf. Dine al fresco at the counter-height dining ledge for two or settle into the comfortable lounge seating—perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon break, or unwinding as the sun goes down. ​

Air Conditioned Entertainment Garage

The private, air-conditioned entertainment garage gives Carriage House guests another comfortable space to relax, play, and spend time together after a day at the beach.

Inside, you'll find:

• Dry bar with beverage fridge

• Smart TV with Sonos soundbar for streaming music

• Pool table and dartboard for friendly competition

• Comfortable lounge seating for relaxing or watching a game

• Level 2 EV charger

• Retractable car and beach-gear vacuum station

 

Private Outdoor Living

Just outside the entertainment garage, enjoy your own private outdoor space featuring:

Your complimentary beach gear is conveniently stored in the entertainment garage, with the private beach path located just outside the garage door—making it easy to grab what you need and head straight to the beach.

Beach Access

Enjoy easy access to the sugar-white sands of Cape San Blas via the Carriage House's private beach path to the boardwalk. Located just outside the entertainment garage, the path makes trips to and from the beach especially convenient—whether you're heading out for the day or coming back for a quick break.

Parking

Dedicated Carriage House parking is located on the left side of the property, with ample space for two large vehicles or a truck with boat/trailer.

When the Main House and Carriage House are rented separately at the same time, the entertainment garage is not available for vehicle parking.

Parking What We Provide

We go beyond typical “starter packs.” Your Carriage House stay is thoughtfully stocked with toiletries, paper goods, detergents, and other everyday essentials to help make packing light and easy.

 

Think of it like visiting a friend’s home: we’ve taken care of many of the little things so you can bring your clothes, settle in, and start enjoying your vacation.

Booking Options

Haven Heights offers the flexibility to choose the space that works best for your group:

​

• Entire Property – Main House + Carriage House
• Main House Only – Carriage House may be occupied by other guests
• Carriage House Only – Main House may be occupied by other guests

​

⚠ Important Note: When the Carriage House is booked separately, the Main House may have other guests during your stay. Each has its own private entrance, parking, patio, garage, and beach path. The only shared space is the outdoor beach rinse-off shower near the Gulf side of the property entrance.

For complete privacy, larger parties, and exclusive use of all amenities, we recommend booking the entire property – Main House + Carriage House.
