Hi, we are Chris and Jenna. We live just north of Atlanta. We discovered Cape San Blas in 2018 while exploring the Gulf Coast, and it was love at first sight. The natural beauty, laid-back pace, and unique charm of the Cape instantly captured our hearts. Since then, we've made it a priority to return as often as possible with our two boys. 

A Tier Above is our very first vacation rental- a dream come true that we've been thrilled to share with you. We poured so much love and intention into every detail of this home, designing it with your vacation experience at its core.  Our vision was to create a space for family and friends to come together all under one roof, with plenty of room to relax, reconnect, and savor every moment together. From expensive indoor comforts to inviting outdoor spaces, this home was built to elevate your time at the Cape.

In 2026, we will be expanding our vision with the launch of our second vacation rental, Haven Heights. This home will offer an even more elevated experience, with a larger layout, a carriage house, and additional outdoor living spaces-bringing a resort style feel while still maintaining the intimacy and charm Cape San Blas is known for. It's designed to be a multi-generational haven, where comfort, luxury, and connection meet. 

 

We chose the name A Tier Above Vacations because that's exactly what we strive to deliver- an experience that rises above the ordinary in every way. We invite you to come and see the difference for yourself.
